I seem to recall the way I got around the "bicycles sound like helicopters" problem was to locate the sound file for the chopper / bike, put it in another folder, and copied - pasted in the wav file for the bicycle from the original West Front by talonsoft (you can copy it right off the West Front cd. A crude fix, but it worked for me. Hope that helps.
