Axis and Allies

Is it a simple change to take a side from the EF Axis Orbat and make it an Ally, without a major change in the org files, and to be used for one specific scenario only? There might be a slot in The War Tournament for the Little War between Hungary and Slovakia in early '39. One side would need to become an ally for it to work, I think.

For those with an interest in campaigns outside the mainstream, I hope to have a Khalkin Gol (RS) series up soon. Jason, thanks for the example of breaking a long and complex battle--Odessa---- into separate scens ,for which this little known campaign seems well suited.
