In October 1940 Germans too concede to Russians... Agreed, but if only you for Germans ;)
In 1944 troops more balanced.

The counter offer for 1944 version:

no air (helicopters, transport and recon too or only combat air?)

Off-map artillery is denied.
200x 160 map (who creates a game?)

LOL.......sure I can do that......but I don't see the balance. I forsee lots of panthers and long 75's or 88's.......plus hordes of infantry all armed with stgver 44's and panzerfaust against soviet rifles and tank mines..........It's not like I have not done it before.
