Truck Icons

I've been looking at the lorries recently, and made a new icon for the Bedford 3 Ton.

Thought I would share in case anyone wanted to use it.

The original really looks nothing like a Bedford QL 3 Ton, and is a little too large.

I'll attach the BMP file to this post.

For WinSPWW2 you will have to install it to Icon0036.10

But I'd like to ask how to add them to the game?? I can deal with OOBs and even some SHP files but cannot figure yet how to replace or add new icons..is there any SHP icons for dummies???
