I want to recall that Rarity On is a huge potential cheat for player 1. You could keep rebooting setup till you get lucky and get all the units you want, leaving player 2 to the usual Rarity On dog's breakfast. Is that not how it works?

I just figure it's easier if both players have total access and are on their own dignity to not spam bent or broken units.

Hmm... with CC off recon units lost some of their advantages but they are still expensive (eg. uhlan troop :conf: )
