War In Europe by Decision Games

I saw the thread this week about other similar games to CS. It was suggested that War In Europe was close, so I did some research. It's something that dates back to an SPI board game that is now fully computerized and is built for PBEM play. It is division level, not platoon level. Sounds kind of cool.
