Looking for a game or a campaign.

I've never played a campaign by PBEM before. How does that work? Do you score each battle in the campaign seperately?
I am willing to do a campaign though. I do not have specific preferences except that the armies must be well balanced and we maybe limit arty to 10 or 15%. By a well balanced army I mean that a wide variety of units are selected and not a 100 snipers for instance
Other than that I am fine with whatever we do.
