New Extended info boxes

Nice! Found the unit info background screen from Matrix mod forum. http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=2942201 Here's my 0.02:

For some reason, some pictures become a bit distorted when I add the picture layer to screen base, while some others play out pretty much perfectly... Anyways, just a quick first hack at it. Once I figure out how to do I will see the pictures are neatly laid out in the middle of the frame etc... Also not sure I like the boxes. Within the game they are OK. Here? Too nationalistic or sumthing...
