I am not personally badgering for any changes. I am merely trying to elucidate why a historical scenario has to be designed in order that a certain effect (the historical result, in this case an undeniable "German Major Victory") might be among the likely possible outcomes. You are in essence designing more for effect instead of designing for cause. Nothing wrong with this approach, but we should appreciate why this is so and what steps are necessary to reach this outcome.
