The program itself is available for download here:

Obviously, the latest stable version is the way to go (unless you're a developer). The software comes with something like 10 pre-installed "scenarios." While these are okay, I actually prefer two others that can be downloaded and installed - one that recreates Axis & Allies exactly (with up to five players), and one with a few tweaks that has a 1941 start date (and adds China and Italy as separate nations, so up to seven people can play). You can download those by opening TripleA, clicking on the "Download Maps" option, then cutting and pasting this in the window that opens:
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project...a_maps.xml
Then hit "List Games". The sourceforge servers will display the available games/scenarios for download. The two I mentioned above are World War II Classic and World War II v3 1941. The game automatically installs them.
Check it out, and if you're interested would love to get a game together.

PS - I just noticed that the forum is turning the cut and paste address into a link (that won't do anything if clicked on). You can get the cut and paste from this location as well, under the blue heading.

If you run, you'll only die tired.

One foot on the gas, and one in the grave.
