Scenario Comments are Important!

I had the same opinion for a long time, but the thruth is that statistics tell you more. If one side all the time wins, you have some data to work with. Players comments are just too subjective.
The below scenario is balanced, yet the individual notes given would tell you its not. All the notes together however tell the same story as the statistics.

On the other hand I've also had scenarios where the first 5 wins went to the Allies, just when I got worried it appeared the next 5 wins went to the Axis.

Nonetheless it doesn't hurt if players leave comments and it makes the scenarios come alive a bit. I do recommend the designers to be a bit sceptical when it comes to comments.
