Actually, you can change this in the OOB during the scenario and it will work. I don't see why your opponent would disagree to it, especially being that we are only taking about 10 or 12 or so mortar units. ;)

Im tested "edited" new oob on simple new scn. and its Ok.
But no change happend in our PBEM game. Problem remain?!!
