There is a self-installer that should do the work for you. What I'd do is make a copy of your Pacifc War folder in the HPS folder, this way you don't need to go back and re-install it. Run the installer and it should work.

It has been a while since I've done this, however, and AAW is the oldest full game MOD in the SB collection, but I haven't heard of too many people having issues.
