I did not get a file from you since 02/18/2012. I wrote you a mail on 03/06/2012 without a response.

If I do not get an answer in the next 48 hours, I will claim total victory according to the Rules of Engagement.

Claim it - the guy's just not responsive.Dunno what I prefer- whether to get to know that something serious and /or disastrous has happened or that the fellow is alright, but has suddenly changed his mindset ... I just hate those kids vanishing in the thin air once the bashing gets underway.
