Modified Scenario - Bloody Rheinberg
Gentlemen,

I made changes to the scenario, Bloody Rheinberg, to improve balance.
Reduced the number of turns from 25 to 23, and added a platoon of
German Jagdpanzers, and the equivalent of a German infantry company.

I hope these changes make this scenario more balanced.
