That being said, the use of the word ladder may be out of place. As long as the scenarios are JTMCS scale they will fit well within the current system.

Indeed, the word "ladder" is the problem as I had false assumptions as how the ladders are set up.

Finland is definitively part of East front from historic point of view.

Lapland War Mod requires an installation before its scenarios can be played. As it is likely to turn out, LWM is evolving something bigger than what would be included in the JTCS 1.5. This supports the view for a separate sub-ladder within Campaign Series:

Report a game -> Campaign Series -> Lapland War (A JTCS Modification)

On the other hand, the scenarios would represent standard East Front scenarios, both historical, what-ifs, and hypothetical. From that point of view alone, it could be considered to be part of standard East Front ladder:

Report a game -> Campaign Series -> The Matrix Games version of East Front.

Again, my original poll was based on a false assumption that creating a separate (sub-) ladder would not be a feasible option.

I guess I would be now of the mind that it should be a separate ladder within JTCS, as not everyone will install the mod?

Also I guess my original poll just become obsolete as it can be interpreted in too many ways. My apologies.
