Transfer units & equipment from WF to RS

Eric, with an addition of F7 ground support aircraft I will go ahead and start working on packaging the thing.

Unfortunately I will be offline now until beginning of next week, so this might take a while.

Additionally, I considered my options quickly and my first conclusion is just to bring Free French (19) OOB as such into RS, instead of migrating it into France (08). That would make it a tad easeir with higher level organizations, coys, bns, rgts, bdes etc.

In other words, the listing I provided above would appear as Free French in RS. We could of course beg Mike Amos to do his magic here in order to perhaps rename it into another France, with French tricolor for an example.

But that sort of graphics can wait, we would need to first do the basic unit migration.
