At the top of this page in the header banner. The button next to "my profile" is "control panel".
Click on it and it takes you to your control panel. First field is where you want to be represented on the ladders.
To select more than one ladder you need to hold down the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard as you highlight each ladder you want to be part of.
