Sorry to hear that you are all in this situation.

Every member is required to abide by the club rules.

We do have a rule that covers members who go AWOL or disappear which is titled "Discontinuing a Game and Missing Opponents".

If you end up meeting all of the requirements under the above rule, and decide you want to report your game, please remember to indicate that your game was a forfeit so future club members will be aware of the members past history in going AWOL.
