According to BF the patch is saved game compatible but all three of my CMBN games hang at one to three seconds left of game time and BN stops responding. Waiting does nothing. Hopefully I can drop patch 1.10 back on top, but I doubt it.

***I see my mistake, I have to be in the command phase to install it...dumb that is***
