Update 1.34 - Medical Units

Here they are, together with a scenario to test them out!

1) Disable the EF:FB mod using JSGME,
2) Drop the contents of the zip attached to this post into John Tiller Campaign Series\East Front\MODS\EF - East Front Forgotten Battles\East Front
3) Allow for overwrite
4) Enable EF:FB
