Map of the area (from: Sodan taisteluja 1; Talvisota, by A. Raunio and Y. Kilin, with archive access to both sides), which should provide for familiar reading for the veterans of **Across River Vuoksi LWM:

The scenario will cover the Eastern pincer of the Soviet attack.

Instead of the fixed line defence of Across Vuoksi, this will cover the delaying retreat of 6th Infantry Regiment (JR 6), buying time for the 23rd to reinforce and set up the defence of Vuosalmi heights, south of grand River Vuoksi.

Facing the two regiments is the Soviet 15th Army Corps, commanded by Gen. Korolyov.

... and it won't fit into existing Vuosalmi map. Will need to extend it somewhat...
