JTCS EF WF RS 1.1 - Talonsoft EF 1.3 / WF 1.3 more Details

I can not deliver better graphics, maybe more details bring more game fun. The soldiers are in the game partly badly slurred. I'm not a professional, here some ideas .

Can be used for original Talonsoft EF and WF, and Matrix JTCS.
In the area of the Wehrmacht, JTCS default installation without patches is ideal. The ugly Wehrmacht units only come with the patch versions of matrix. (the "units Creator" with JTCS version 1.04 does not work, I can at the ugly units only share pictures)
