RE: Question About Online Multiplayer
Protocol / Port (or range) / Host Port
TCP / 2300-2400 / 2300
UDP / 2300-2400 / 2300
TCP / 47624 / 47624
TCP / 6073 / 6073
So you need to set up a rules for each to open those ports, or port ranges. So the first one would be open a range from 2300-2400 for external ports and 2300 for internal (if I'm reading that right). Or make both the same range.
Make another rule, exactly the same for UDP.
Another rule for TCP, Start and End port the same (no range).
...and one more for 6073.
Your Server IP address will be the IP within your network (the one your router has assigned you). 192.168.1.## (## being a number between 2 and 256). I assign a static number to my computer to make it easier.
All of this should be found under the heading of Port Forwarding or Port Triggering in your router's manager.
Don't forget to make sure your firewall isn't the issue as well. The easiest way to tell is to just turn it off and see if that fixes it. If so, you need to set up a rule to allow those same ports.
That help?
