Russian Turn Seventeen

Sukhinichi Front
The Russians in southern most VP location village brace for the coming German assault by the 18th PD police unit and the 208th recon units.
I move out with the rallied cavalry regiments. The Cavalry Division HQ came back on line this turn. Better to take the fight to the Germans than wait for them to disrupt me with their artillery and try again to surround my cavalry. The rifle regiments in the Russian valley village expel the German infantry from the trenches next to them in an assault. So far, a good start to the day.
The battle will be decided around Sukhinichi for the Russians. All other fronts are mainly defensive. Those forces are spent. the new German divisions from France are too strong to take head on.
