Try unpacking the .brz files using the extractor located at the Mod Tools folder. These sounds will probably be included in the 100A/B/C.brz files.

The .wav sound files should be in a folder. I guess that erasing the appropriate file will do the trick, if it doesn't, replacing it with a silent audio file will definitely work. Then repackage the .brz file and overwrite the original one.
