Yuck bit of bad luck there. I say that because while I have played opponents that have been slow from time to time nothing like this bad as you have above.
The standard for abandonment is 21 days. Once a game goes 21 days without being played and without a response from your opponent to arrange a pause or state that they intend to play, then you can claim victory. At the moment I have two ladder games that are on such a pause - 80 days and counting but we arranged that since he is off on a trip.
My suggestion is that you send a nice reminder notice to those that are over 4 days behind and see what happens. I cannot count the number of times a long delay has been the result of an honest screw up on the part of one of us that resulted in both of us thinking we were waiting for the other.
I'm no angel mind you. Stuff happens and I can go two or three days without getting to a turn. I do the same as you and have a few more games than I can really turn around in one day just because there is always one or two that take longer. Usually it works out great. I am confident that after a while you will find the same.
