I live in Russia, and can do 2-10 turn a day, including night.

Your general prefs is OK for me, except for "32. No excessive use of Z-fire (area fire). Each unit can only use non-LOS z-fire once per turn". HMG's and MMG's units (only they) must have unlimited Z-fire, because it was his historical and main function. Besides they have restrictions in "19. No more than 1 MMG or HMG platoon per Infantry Company (unless co. came with more) "...
