I think somehow the original OOB typo got back in. As these are not encrypted, the fix is indeed to replace the "P00" prefix with "P24".

This is the stock file unfortunately, in both EF and WF folders.

I will include the correct versions into next FB2.x version, as well as to MCS2.1 when it will become available.
