Stalingrad '42 problems

After updating the game to ver 1.03 the game will no longer load. I get an error message that says the Stalingrad '42 exe file is bad. I have tried downloading the update again and reinstalling it but no luck.

Anyone have any ideas? Do I need to repurchase the game and if so from whom HPS or JTS?
