RE: Wanting to buy HPS Nap Campaign, but hesitating
One more thing to note is that there are really two sets of games in the Napoleonic series. One set, consisting of Waterloo, the Russian Campaign, and the Peninsula use a movement point system that is fairly simple and allows for faster road movement. The other system, consisting of the remaining games-Austerlitz, Jena-Auersted, 1814, Leizpg, Bautzen, Eckmuhl, and Wagram (all of these designed by one person, Bill Peters) uses a more complex (and in my mind better) movement system that is a little less intuitive but more in line with the Panzer Campaigns movements system, where the number of movement points are higher, but the cost is also higher (so if a unit has 22 movement points, a clear hex might cost 4, with elevation adding 2. A pike road might cost 2, a simple road 3, a trail 4...)
