First, I apologize for this very late response. It appears your questions "slipped through the cracks" as no one ever responded.

In your Blitz account you have two different sets of ranks. One rank is exclusively used for just the forum boards. As your total number of forum board posts increase in number, your "forum board rank" will also increase.

The second rank you have is tied in with your over-all PBEM record. As your point total from reported PBEM games increase, your rank also increases. This as always been all-inclusive to represent all ladders. Your suggestion of us having separate ranks for each ladder is an interesting idea in which I will look into.
