Sounds fun.

1) Will these be new Quick battles set up by neutral or scenarios already posted?
2) i understand troops are fixed.. is set up fixed?
3) will games be meeting engagements or probes? assaults? or random?

1) No, the battles will be scenarios.
2) The troops are 'fixed' as in you don't purchase it yourself. But other than that you'll be able to position them inside the setup area.
3) First game is a ME. Second will be an attack.
