Not sure what I'm working with. Maybe it's the sideless hexes Strela provided. It's not the code you gave, but that's ok as the links you gave led to lots of useful info and links, and I downloaded 'GetColour' which says it's #C474CC, and also gives me the exact RGB Dec to put into Paint. Excellent. Thanks Trauth. Now I'll have some fun thinning and de-angling rivers.
