Proposed New PzC Unit!

Gents: 

This "new unit" was shared over at the PzB Forums... but I don't see why it could not be incorporated into the PzC Series too!    

I think this unit's Morale should be an "A"... or maybe units that begin the turn stacked with it have THEIR Morale "upgraded" to "A" status? 

In any case, these units should certainly "brighten up" a dull battlefield?

I am not an expert on the field BUT Saint Google help me to understand the motive for the "low" morale in the unit.
