English tanks wont not move?

Is this the correct scenario?

If so, I just ran two tests and I was able to move British armor into objective hex (8,10) both in "T" mode and also while deployed, with no problem.

I did however, find it interesting that it is only a 8 turn scenario and the British has no units on the map until turn 2.

Has anyone else noticed that also?

It as if the British side only has 7 turns while the German side has 8 turns.
