English tanks wont not move?

Works fine for me, using that file.

How are you trying to enter the hex? If you're using drag-and-drop movement, units can't enter the hex and you'll get a "can't move into hex containing enemy units" error in the lower left of the interface.

If you select a unit and attempt to move into the hex through normal movement by clicking once, you'll get an assault pop-up.
