I was wondering, after reading your original, it occurred to me you just might mean CS!!

Yes, portage means it can be carried

Inf Support means, it will fire in support of attacks on infantry, if possible.

Soft AI, the unit in question will fire on soft target types in defensive fire.

I assume you have CS:ME, those breakdowns of the capabilities stand the same with CS, although there are some listed in the ME, that CS does NOT have....yet!
