By "deletes GL" do you mean the GL icon is gone or that it is greyed out (which means it is not activated). I believe that after installing the 3.0 upgrade there was a chance that other modules would need to be reactivated. There should be an Activate Module short cut a long side the game launch icon. Launching that should allow you to enter your GL key to activate the module.

Honestly though if that does not work your best bet is to contact BFC support - http://battlefront.mojohelpdesk.com/
