Regarding your last point, I had suggested to David that we (or I...) test this using the demo and the DBP Castor map. I sent him the map for conversion, but have not heard back.(David has a lot of Irons-in the-fire, so this is way down the queue.)
I think 40m would certainly represent City battles better as SqB models the difficulties of crossing the street from one building to another quite well IMHO.
