Anyone for some live gaming? and help a noob

Hi guys.......I was wondering if anybody wanted to do some live games.  I have recently downloaded this game after more than a decade away from it.  I am somewhat rusty but am willing to give you a good fight   .  Since I haven't done this since the days of dial-up internet I need to get up to speed as to how we do comm's and connect.

Greetings Red.......I don't have middle east.....but a part from that I am not fussed with which...i just want to battle, it's been too long.  
So how would you like to do this, since I am in the land of Australia.  Do you use a specific program that can notify when the other is online?  Have you ever heard of Teamspeak3?  If you do have it I am a part of an online clan (World of Tanks) we can talk over that?
