Howdy; The rules are easy, they seem overwhelming but after playing once you realize they are easy. And yes it is the honour system and of course players will make mistakes; I just made one in my last game where I popped smoke from an infantry unit and then realized I shouldn't have. I told Walrus in the email what I had done and told him to do the same with one of his units if he wished; if you can't trust your opponent then it is probably best not to play him at all. I trust Walrus 100% and I rarely watch replays which is why my win percentage is so low, but I get bored.

And you can't expect the AI to use them, but I use them when I play the AI.
