Was mentioned the link was gone, so I am providing another, however Stefan probably has the most up to date version.

Unzip into your John tillers Campaign Series structure, it will make a folder called Cold War

I have noticed that the files in the link are no longer available. If you could make them available again to send them to me . I would be very grateful. I was able to play the Cold War mod previously and was very impressed and entertained.
