Campaign Series Middle East 2.00

I have looked at the new game manual and it seems to be missing the same thing that the present manual is, namely a chart showing what countries the flags represent. 
Also 75 buttons in the tool bar? The present 49 are to many as they are too small to see easily and are not intuitive as to what they are for like the 22 buttons in the WWII Campaign series. Looking at what the buttons are for I notice that almost all of them are for functions available in the pull down menus so no button is really needed.
