The issue will probably be that at the time the Mapmod was adapted to the middle set of stock graphics; the one on the far right is the Gold set of stock graphics now. There were some rows of images that were dropped (or moved); although there may be more changes, as the hexes used in the Gold series are of a different size (off the top of my head they are wider in the pre-Gold set of graphics).
Mind you I don't know if David changed it around so that it works with the Gold versions; it was my impression that the Gold series is what he did to entirely replace that Mod work.
