JTS update of HPS install

If the latest HPS & JTS patches have the same version number any HPS owner can stay with the HPS patch.

Now if the HPS patches are outdated HPS owners can bring their games up to the JTS level this way:
1. Install HPS game.
2. Install latest HPS patch.
3. Install latest JTS patch.

Currently these are only Napoleon's Russian Campaign that has a HPS 1.08 but a JTS 1.09 patch, and Austerlitz Campaign that has a HPS 1.02 but JTS 1.03 patch.
All other NB games are either JTS exclusive or have currently the same HPS & JTS patch version.
Just to be precise:
Napoleonic Battles 01 Campaign Eckmuhl = 1.15 HPS/1.15 JTS
Napoleonic Battles 02 Napoleon's Russian Campaign = 1.08 HPS/1.09 JTS
Napoleonic Battles 03 Wagram Campaign = 1.11 HPS/1.11 JTS
Napoleonic Battles 04 Waterloo Campaign = 1.07 HPS/1.07 JTS
Napoleonic Battles 05 Jena-Auerstaedt Campaign = 1.06 HPS/1.06 JTS
Napoleonic Battles 06 Austerlitz Campaign = 1.02 HPS/1.03 JTS
Napoleonic Battles 07 Campaign Leipzig = JTS exclusive
Napoleonic Battles 08 1814 Campaign = JTS exclusive
