If for what i see in the web is real time, my feedback using this:

1-be carefull with speed, avoid a "blitzkrieg" game, give orders, made units move, change formation... needs time, not necesary slow but you need avoid the "Total war" style where sometimes is a little to rush and combat result is more based in who clicks faster... mantein clicks as lower as you can, here a good AI made player can play battle at the scale he wants.

2-avoid "massacre" model, in napoloenic period rare times units suffer a big amount of damage before crack and stop being an effective combat unit, here you can play with a "broke %" better the unit lower is the %, worst the unit higher the % (this % could be a result of the point 3 stats).

3-i suggest you made units have 3 different atributes to define their combat performance: Training-Experience-Morale, with this you can represent better the different units, the 3 stats provide you room to represent the different unit types.

4-3D art looks pretty but remember to flags, they are an important part specially if you play zoom out and you only have flags to notice your units or enemy units.

5-If is possible add a skirmish mode, this open more game options and is possible you can expand base game in future if all works fine... i see you have a custom mode i imagine is this no?

6-You add Ligny and Quatre bass this is great but in the moment you have historical battles think in introduce variants of historical scen with what ifs and similar.

And this is why i have now in mind, expect you have a soft development and you can offer a good game.

PD: a little question what relation figure/soldiers are you using??? 1 figure represent how many soldiers???? thanks.
