I also noticed that the attack values of the PzIVh are different in the ALT scenarios between Bulge and Normandy. They are 41 in Bulge and 31 in Normandy. 

In the Smolensk '41 scenario 0708_01 The Drive on Smolensk ALT there is a VP hex in the middle of a lake at 371,199.

I appreciate all of the work put in to these scenarios but I wish that all of the Mod scenarios were added to these games.
