Need Help Opening Opponent K'43 file

I am no computer geek but the file appears to have been saved in some internet explorer format despite it saying it is a .bte file, a normal .bte file will look like this in your game folder...……



But unfortunately I have no idea why yours are turning up with the IE symbol??
