Waterloo PDT twilight question
OK, so the npb.pdf file says the following on p36: (emphasis is mine)
Time Parameters
Dawn: the time of first light.
Dusk: the time of last light.
Day Turn: the length of one game turn in minutes during the day.
Night Turn: the length of one game turn in minutes during the night.
Hours of Twilight: the number of hours of reduced visibility after dawn and before dusk.
Twilight Visibility: the distance that can be seen during twilight turns.
The PDT for the campaign contains the following: (again emphasis is mine)
Time Parameters
Dawn: 2:30 Dusk: 21:30
Day Turn: 15 minutes Night Turn: 60 minutes
Hours of Twilight: 2 Twilight Visibility: 4 hexes
My interpretation based on this is that Dawn starts at 0230 and there should be 2 hours of reduced visibility (4 hexes) and full light at 0430 (maybe 0445 depending on how it is figured)
And that full night falls at 2130 and we should have two hours of reduced visibility (4 hexes) beginning at 1930.
but in a game I am currently playing it is currently 8:30 pm (2030) and still full Day visibility.
is the npb.pdf wrong?
Tagging Rich Hamilton.
Thanks in advance
